Senior Full-Stack Developer

Summary

Join Datacor, a leading provider of software solutions, as a full-stack developer. You will develop and deliver robust, scalable, and secure applications using React and C#, working with SQL server and relational databases. Collaborate with a team of passionate developers, product managers, and designers to deliver excellent customer experiences. This remote position requires strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Experience with Jira and agile development principles is preferred. You will build and consume RESTful APIs and ensure code quality through reviews and testing. The role involves working with teams in Costa Rica and the US, requiring fluency in English.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on React and C#
• 8+ years of software experience
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• In-depth experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills (this person will be working with team members based in Costa Rica and the US and must have verbal and written fluency in English)

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure applications using React and C#
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement the architecture of our new Formulation platform
• Work with SQL and relational databases to build highly performant and scalable applications
• Build and consume RESTful APIs to facilitate data exchange with other systems
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and testing
• Use Jira and agile development principles to manage your work and deliverables
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met

Preferred Qualifications

Prior use of Jira and a solid understanding of agile development principles is a plus
