Summary

Join SCAYLE, a rapidly growing enterprise commerce platform, and contribute to the design and deployment of innovative features for the Seller Center. Collaborate with a team of product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers to develop effective solutions. Utilize the SCAYLE platform for efficient product and order management, optimize application performance through SQL queries, and participate in code reviews. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure consistent user service. Explore AI-supported features to streamline workflows. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with specific technology skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Full Stack Engineer
  • Experience with Django 5.X, Tailwind, HTMX, or other lightweight JS frameworks (or desire to learn them)
  • Experience in working with Postgresql, Redis, or equivalent data storage
  • Passionate about writing well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code, actively keeping the quality of the code base in check
  • Used to work in an English-speaking environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy innovative features for the Seller Center to enhance the online retail experience
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow engineers to brainstorm and create effective solutions
  • Utilize the SCAYLE platform to manage product and order information efficiently
  • Enhance application performance through strategic SQL Query optimizations
  • Engage in code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality and foster ongoing improvement
  • Offer technical support, and troubleshooting issues to ensure consistent service for users
  • Explore AI-supported features to streamline workflow processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent coding skills with Python
  • Extensive Django Knowledge
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)
  • Contributions to open-source projects
  • Experience with pioneering Greenfield projects or in startup settings, adept at swiftly adapting products to find the perfect market fit
