Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Summary

Join Vanta as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer and lead high-impact projects across the technical stack, shaping product direction. Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack experience with an emphasis on frontend skills
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and GraphQL
• A pragmatic approach to problem solving, with the ability to assess when to build versus buy, identify true customer needs, and execute with iteration in mind
• A product-minded engineer who empathizes with users and is driven to solve their problems
• Experience building 0→1 products as well as solving UX problems especially in environments that prioritize bias for action
• Previous experience applying AI in products, or a strong interest in exploring this space

Responsibilities

• Team up with other engineers to design and implement AI-powered features to deliver customer value and integrate LLM models with the existing products and systems
• Collaborate with other teams and engineers across Vanta on cross-cutting engineering initiatives or on building common product primitives
• Make thoughtful trade-offs that balance business objectives, user experience, and long-term technical sustainability
• Set an example for effective, collaborative engineering culture
