Senior Functional Architect

Summary

The job is for a Procure-to-Pay specialist at Coupa, responsible for enabling customers to design, configure, and adopt best-in-class purchasing and invoicing processes. The role requires 7+ years of consulting experience in P2P, fluency in Portuguese and English, strong client management skills, and experience with Coupa or similar E-Procurement solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of consulting experience in Procure-to-Pay as part of a procurement organization or a consulting firm or software provider
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (required)

Responsibilities

• Enable customers in designing, configuring and adopting best-in-class purchasing and invoicing processes
• Guide customers on best practice driven design processes that lead towards a rapid, successful go live
• Oversee all functional design aspects of implementation by taking the lead in managing and mentoring workstream solution architects from both Coupa and partner teams
• Forge strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

Previous senior consulting experience with Coupa or similar E-Procurement solutions (SAP Ariba, Basware, Ivalua, GEP)
