Requirements

• A consistent 5+ years track record of relevant, released casual games
• Profound insight into core mechanics, game loop, and meta-game design in casual games
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional empathy to understand and connect with our target audience
• Superb technical skills in balancing, tuning, polishing games, and developing monetization strategies
• A strong embrace of F2P models, enjoying working with KPIs and user feedback to refine your designs
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Deep passion for games

Responsibilities

• Design and balance engaging game features and progression systems while optimizing the monetization model of the game
• Collaborate with a talented, cross-disciplinary team to enhance products by adding new features while continuously improving the existing game experience
• Adjust and refine designs and the game economy based on game metrics, team input, internal/external playtests, and community feedback
• Communicate game design concepts clearly and concisely with the team and throughout the studio
• Inspire the agile and multidisciplinary game team through innovative and creative design

Experience working on Solitaire games
