Remote Senior Games Designer

Summary

Join a dynamic team at Climax Studios as a Senior Designer to work on multiple aspects of game design in a multi-disciplinary environment. We're seeking an experienced and motivated individual with strong technical skills and a passion for games.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Game Designer on at least three published games in a multidisciplinary team
• Unreal 4 experience is a must
• Have a solid understanding of all disciplines
• Must have an absolute passion for games
• Have plenty of experience dealing with team, clients and publishers and have demonstrable verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of gameplay features from idea to implementation
• Brainstorming and developing ideas, documenting designs
• Deliver the best gameplay experience possible
• Work directly with other disciplines (art, code, audio) on a day-to-day basis
