Summary

The job is for a Global Game Operation Team Strategist at HoYoverse. Bachelor’s degree or above

Responsibilities

• Formulate the general strategy for Global Game Operation team, setting relevant goals and achieving them as a team
• Integrate version content, operation event, game communities, market promotion information according to product publishing milestones
• Summarize and manage the business needs, while ensuring that each specific needs and optimization contents are under implementation
• Provide with optimization solutions by analyzing game data, and continuously improve the version quality and operations
• Optimize the execution process of various departments, formulate standards and improve the management tools to improve team efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• More than 5 years’ experience in game industry or more than 3 years’ experience in game operations are preferred
• Have experience of publishing overseas products, experiencing the whole process of launch and iteration at least one game. Having in-depth understanding of European/American or Japanese market is preferred
