Senior Golang Developer

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Golang Developer and build a platform enabling seamless frontend hosting for our tenants. You will ensure a smooth deployment process, work on a robust AWS-based product, and collaborate on architectural decisions. Contribute to team processes through agile retrospectives and knowledge sharing within our tech community. This role requires 3+ years of backend API development experience and proficiency in Go, along with experience in relational and key-value databases. The ideal candidate will have experience with Kubernetes and Terraform, and a strong understanding of scalable distributed systems.

Requirements

• You have 3+ years of experience in building complex backend APIs
• You are very proficient in Go development
• You have experience in working with relational databases (e.g. Postgres) and key-value stores (e.g. Redis)
• You write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code and actively keep the quality of the codebase in check
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy building scalable distributed systems
• You are used to working in an English-speaking & agile environment

Responsibilities

• Build a Platform to allow our Tenants to deploy their Frontend Services
• Ensure a working and smooth deployment process for our tenants which is easy to manage
• Work on a robust product in the AWS ecosystem
• Draft architectural decisions together with our Tech Lead and explore new technologies
• Have a direct impact on team processes by regular agile retrospectives
• Exchange your knowledge with other developers and be part of our ABOUT YOU TECH community

Preferred Qualifications

• Optional: Experience with Kubernetes and/or Terraform
• You have experience in the AWS Ecosystem
• You are familiar with centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
• You understand DevOps, Containerization, and Cloud solutions
