Senior Golang Engineer

Requirements

• Be a Vietnamese citizen or hold a valid work visa for Vietnam
• Work full-time (40 hours per week)
• Possess strong logical thinking, be skilled at analyzing and solving problems, and have good communication abilities
• Demonstrate strong English proficiency and communicate fluently with team members and stakeholders across various regions, particularly with the US team
• Be proficient in Go, experienced with gRPC
• Have strong database design skills, be familiar with common databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis
• Have solid knowledge of data structures, strong programming skills, engineering capabilities, and clean coding practices
• Be fluent in English for communication with international teams

Responsibilities

• Work an average of 8 hours a day, allowing for flexibility and autonomy
• Allocate time for daily communication and prompt response with the team, ensuring efficient task completion
• Write efficient and robust server-side programs
• Design databases
• Write clean code
• Use Docker, Kubernetes, AWS S3, AWS RDS, and related frameworks and components
• Use common Git commands and workflows, particularly those related to GitHub pull requests

Preferred Qualifications

• Have prior experience with remote work
• Be available to work during the US Eastern Time Zone (9 pm and 5 am Vietnam Time) or at least a 5-hour overlap between 9 pm and 2 am Vietnam Time for effective collaboration across teams in different time zones
