Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic design team. The candidate will be responsible for creating various digital assets, managing multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing task management systems. A strong portfolio showcasing design skills is required, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator/Figma, InDesign, and After Effects

Responsibilities

• Craft and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency and innovation
• Create assets including videos, banners, social media graphics, and promotional artwork
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, effectively prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
• Work closely with various stakeholders including team peers and other departments to produce cohesive and innovative design solutions
• Be a major contributor in creative strategy sessions, offering insights that align with company values and project goals
• Optimise task management systems to ensure timely and efficient completion of design tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in using AI tools to aid design efficiency and idea generation
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and an understanding of JavaScript is a plus
• Understanding of UX design best practices and ability to design solutions for web and mobile use
• Experience with image compression for web and mobile applications
