Senior Graphic Designer

Summary

Join Risk Labs as a Senior Graphic Designer and contribute to the growth of the UMA and Across protocol ecosystems. You will drive creative efforts across Risk Labs' products, designing intuitive and engaging interfaces. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to deliver a cohesive visual experience. This role offers the opportunity to define and refine Risk Labs' visual identity, working closely with the Design Lead. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in product design, expertise in Figma, and a passion for crypto and blockchain technology. Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Design, with a portfolio that showcases your work across UI/UX and branding
• Design Skills: Expert in Figma, with sharp attention to detail, usability, and creative problem-solving
• Mindset: A low-ego collaborator who’s enthusiastic about receiving and providing feedback to strengthen ideas
• Crypto Passion: A deep interest in crypto, blockchain, and DeFi, with a willingness to dive into new concepts and user behaviors
• Brand Alignment: An understanding of how to turn brand guidelines into something visually unique and engaging

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with our mission to make Web3 accessible
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to create designs that connect seamlessly with users
• Build and manage design component libraries to keep branding consistent across our products
• Lead design initiatives in Figma, creating high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Approach challenges with a user-focused mindset, considering the unique needs and behaviors of our audience(s)
• Help establish and evolve the visual identity for Risk Labs’ products and initiatives, with an emphasis on aligning product and marketing visuals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics
• Experience with website design in Framer
• Hands-on experience in the crypto ecosystem, especially with wallets and decentralized applications
• A knack for user research and an eye for turning insights into design
• Familiarity with additional design and prototyping tools
