- 7+ years of health care industry experience, including 2+ years with Managed Medicaid plan

Responsibilities
- Use your analytical skills to assess clinical, operational and financial performance across all markets and help design, support, and evaluate business initiatives
- Analyze and interpret healthcare data to identify key drivers of member engagement, cost, and utilization and generate actionable insights
- Identify trends and outliers from performance metrics and provide root-cause analyses and build recommendations for strategic changes
- Develop analytical plans and statistical methodologies to monitor overall population health emerging trends and systematically evaluate our clinical and financial outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to help design and support clinical programs and business initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience programming in SQL and 2+ years of experience with visualization tools such as Tableau
- Familiarity with Value-based Care and supporting analytics
- Experience with predictive modeling techniques to forecast cost, utilization and other health outcomes
- Expertise in study designs/statistical methods commonly used to evaluate health outcomes

- Base salary range of $120,000 - $140,000
