Summary

Join Lightspeed as a Hospitality Partnerships Manager to cultivate and manage a network of product integration partners across EMEA. Reporting to the Director of Hospitality Partnerships, you will strengthen strategic partnerships, develop new integrations, and enhance value for Lightspeed and its merchants. This role demands managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships internally and externally. Key responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for integration partners, aligning partner priorities with Lightspeed's strategic goals, and managing relationships with app developers. You will also coordinate with various internal teams, evaluate partner requests, identify opportunities for partnership streamlining, and leverage industry relationships to pursue innovative partnerships. Success will be measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on partner satisfaction, clear points of contact, revenue growth, and internal team support.

Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years in partnerships, ideally in POS, payments, or B2B tech
  • Experience working across legal, product, and commercial teams
  • Background in global SaaS or fast-growth tech environments
  • Proven ability to shape strategy and execute partnership plans with measurable outcomes
  • Exposure to managing strategic or complex partner accounts
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Track record of working with geographically distributed, high-performing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently with high accountability and collaboration
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, high-change environments
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and a values-driven approach

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for integration partners across multiple products and regions
  • Align with partners on joint priorities and ensure their roadmaps reflect Lightspeedโ€™s strategic goals
  • Manage relationships with app developers and partners building on our hospitality platforms
  • Coordinate with legal, commercial, and product teams on negotiations and partnership agreements
  • Schedule regular key partner touchpoints to communicate updates, gather feedback, and maintain alignment
  • Evaluate inbound partner requests and assess strategic fit
  • Identify opportunities to streamline or consolidate multi-regional or multi-product partnerships
  • Leverage industry relationships to surface and pursue innovative partnership opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in additional European languages (French, German, or Dutch)
