Senior Hr People Partner

Summary

Join CoinsPaid, a leading crypto payment gateway, as a Senior HR People Partner! This role involves partnering with managers and employees across the Financial and Commercial (or Engineering) Divisions to enhance engagement, resolve conflicts, and improve HR processes. You will lead HR process improvements, implement HR metrics, and analyze trends. This position requires at least 4 years of experience in HR and strong communication and analytical skills. Requirements

• At least 4 years of proven experience in HR roles like HR People Partner, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and metrics
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and analytical skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Good level of spoken and written English and Russian. English proficiency at a minimum B2 level

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees to enhance engagement, retention, and performance
• Resolve conflicts and guide employee relations
• Suggest and develop ways to support ongoing learning and professional growth for employees
• Foster a positive company culture aligned with our values
• Lead and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance reviews, etc.)
• Bring experience in automating and streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Implement and track HR metrics, analyze trends, and present actionable insights
