Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience being a technical mentor for HubSpot Content Hub (Website) HubSpot Website: in-depth experience creating and maintaining templates, themes, forms, workflows etc
- Minimum 2 years working with HubSpot Content Hub (Website) themes, responsive design and best practices around web pages load time and performance
- Minimum 3 years of experience being a technical mentor for HubSpot “Marketing Hub”: in-depth experience configuring, integrating, maintaining, expanding and troubleshooting HubSpot “Marketing Hub” functionality
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with CSS, HTML and JavaScript
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with SEO, Google Search Console reports, GoogleAnalytics reports, HubSpot SEO reports
- Ability to work by self and with minimal supervision, by posting updates to tickets, following up on own tasks, communicating roadblocks, being proactive about issues that may prevent the work from being completed
- Ability to communicate highly effectively in English, both oral and written, with internal stakeholders at multiple levels
Responsibilities
- Be the leader (administrator) and primary point of contact for technical configuration of Hubspot Website and Hubspot Marketing Hub
- Configuring HubSpot Website
- Configuring HubSpot Website integrations with 3rd party lead generating systems
- Configuring HubSpot Website theme, ensuring it is responsible/mobile friendly and addressing web pages loads times problems
- Reviewing error logs, reports, SEO recommendations etc. to ensure the set up of HubSpot is properly maintained and issues addressed promptly
- Configuring HubSpot Marketing Hub to enhance sales and marketing effort
- Configuring integration between HubSpot and 3rd party CRM (Salesforce etc)
- Proposing efficient ways to address issues while supporting day to day needs
- Fixing the identified problems based on the priority of issues, documenting changes and minimizing risk
- Providing input in configuring HubSpot to ensure existing and future business needs are accommodated, continuously explore opportunities to improve HubSpot processes and functionalities
- Maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the HubSpot platform
- Analyzing HubSpot data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Offering ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to HubSpot users
- Be the go-to source for information on HubSpot functionality
- Be part of Agile implementation process, and track your work in tickets, providing status updates, feedback, and be part of backlog grooming, prioritization and estimation of work
- Collaborate with other members of the Enterprise Data and Apps team and Marketing Ops and Sales Ops teams to provide suggestions for new features implementation, while maintaining performance and stability of the system
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with any CMS: Drupal, WordPress, Joomla, HubSpot etc
- Minimum 1 year of experience integrating HubSpot Marketing Hub with CRM (Salesforce) and other tools
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with HubL
- Experience working Marketing Ops& Sales Ops teams
- Some experience using Agile methodologies, including working in Sprints, prioritizing work, estimating stories is a plus
- Able to follow existing process and document steps needed to accomplish the solution
- Adept at understanding internal clients needs and demanding those needs across stakeholder ship to identify the most efficient long-term solutions
- Ability to work in the schedule to align with North American business hours (9-5 EST)
- Experience proven by relevant certification
