Requirements

• A proven HR leader with 7+ years of experience driving people strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environments (SaaS or fintech experience preferred)
• A master at leveraging HR tools, analytics, and systems to deliver exceptional results
• Deep expertise in global HR operations, including compliance, talent strategy, and leadership coaching
• An influential communicator and trusted advisor who can seamlessly bridge strategy and execution
• A passion for building resilient, people-first organizations that thrive in complexity
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with bold business goals
• Architect and execute global programs in talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement
• Design and implement recognition, retention, and engagement programs that strengthen company values
• Navigate complex employee relations challenges with finesse, ensuring compliance and maintaining trust
• Optimize, scale, and oversee HR systems, processes, and tools to support seamless global operations in a hypergrowth environment
