Requirements

  • 8+ years of increasing PBP experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or comparable work experience
  • Accredited HR certification or education
  • The ability to work with individuals inside and outside Smartsheet in a way consistent with our values and commitment to service
  • Exceptional data acumen; ability to deeply dive into employee data for meaningful actionable insights
  • Actively engaged in continuing to build HR knowledge, including understanding of employment laws
  • The ability to effectively lead and drive impact through influence and trust
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis

Responsibilities

  • Drive impactful people strategies across EMEA
  • Collaborate closely with leadership
  • Influence key programs like talent reviews, compensation planning, and employee engagement
  • Ensure alignment with business goals
  • Coach leaders on organizational design
  • Craft data-driven people solutions that enhance performance, retention, and employee development
  • Lead change management
  • Analyze people metrics
  • Deliver agile strategies in a dynamic environment
  • Partner with global teams across Talent Management, Total Rewards, and People Analytics
  • Ensure seamless integration of people initiatives
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Perform other duties as assigned
