A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in HR are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standard practices, policies, procedures, or government law
  • Effective decision-making and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to include both written and oral
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel (vLookups, Pivot Tables)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation and verify headcount and well as other reporting for the Finance and Accounting team
  • Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedure
  • Manage international HR efforts and activities
  • Collaborate and drive HR projects across the team
  • Lead Mergers and Acquisition activities, including due diligence and integration
  • Juggle conflicting initiatives and special projects
  • Other duties as needed
