Summary

Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of HR experience or relevant work experience
- Must be local to Austin, TX area
- Must be able to manage in-person errands in Austin for mail and inventory
- Extremely detail, process, and results oriented
- Working understanding of human resource principles, best practices, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity
- Human Resources: 3-5 years experience required
Responsibilities
- Improve and build upon existing HR policies and processes, recommending proactive measures to Senior Leadership as needed to help us accomplish our long term goals
- Process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and full tax and legal compliance
- Lead the administration of benefits and wellness plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Create employment contracts and manage team member records
- Facilitate onboarding efforts for new teammates, ensuring an exceptional new team member experience in order to set everyone up for success on day one
- Checking the orgโs P.O. Box & managing snail mail
- Manage the orgโs equipment inventory in central Austin and ship equipment to team members as needed
