Senior IAM Engineer

As an IAM professional, you will engage in requirements gathering, install and configure IAM solutions, develop and perform testing, and provide training and support. You will maintain multiple environments, troubleshoot solutions, and stay current on IAM market trends. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. The role requires 5+ years of SailPoint ISC experience, 5+ years of operational experience in complex technical environments, and 7+ years of professional experience in Information Security. NERM experience is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SailPoint ISC experience
• 5+ years of operational experience working with complex, large-scale technical environments
• 7+ years of professional experience in Information Security or related work experience
• Troubleshooting skills are also a must

Responsibilities

• Engage in requirements gathering and analyze business processes
• Install, integrate, configure, and deploy of IAM solutions
• Develop and perform testing for IAM solutions
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessary
• Maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLC
• Troubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions including product support
• Remain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks
• Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Able to work in a team settings and multi-task environment
• Author technical documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned
