Summary

Join NBCโ€™s IAM team as a Sr. IAM Service Integration Engineer. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing systems, designing and implementing SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, and PKI solutions, onboarding users and applications, developing documentation, providing support, and conducting training. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of IAM experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in designing delivery plans. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience and understanding working with identity and access management systems, including SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, and PKI
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders
  • Proficiency in designing and executing delivery plans with in a matrix organziation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working integration of multiple core system

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for identity and access management solution design and programs
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and integration
  • Design, configure, and implement SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, and PKI solutions to meet business needs
  • Assist in the onboarding of users and applications to identity and access management services
  • Develop and maintain documentation for identity and access management processes and procedures
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for identity and access management issues
  • Conduct training sessions for users on identity and access management best practices
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to identity and access management
