Senior Identity Manager

Summary

Join Devoteam's Cybertrust Germany team as a Senior IAM Consultant and contribute to their cybersecurity consulting services. This role involves analyzing business, IT, and compliance requirements, implementing IAM solutions, and providing operational support to national and international clients. You will work in a hybrid setup based in Porto, Lisbon, or Aveiro, with flexibility to work remotely as needed. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity consulting roles, advanced English proficiency, hands-on experience with SailPoint, and a solid understanding of authorization concepts in Active Directory/LDAP.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity consulting roles
• Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken)
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint (mandatory for at least one of the roles)
• Solid understanding of authorization concepts in Active Directory/LDAP
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and SCIM
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT, business, and compliance requirements
• Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Integrate IAM platforms with directory services and APIs
• Provide ongoing operational support for IAM environments
• Work with international clients as part of a multidisciplinary cybersecurity team
