Requirements

  • Based in Latin America and fluent in English (C1 or better) – strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting systems in Higher Education, specifically
  • SIS (Banner, Anthology, Workday Student, Jenzabar, Thesis, Power Campus)
  • LMS (D2L, Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle)
  • CRM (Salesforce, Slate, Dynamics 365, Element451)
  • Strong understanding of academic and administrative processes (enrollment, grading, admissions, financial aid, student success)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects in parallel
  • Comfortable working in remote and multicultural teams
  • Experience using project collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Teams)
  • Spanish fluency is required for effective communication with LATAM clients and prospects

Responsibilities

  • Participate and lead Pre-Sales presentations and calls
  • Lead SIS, LMS, and CRM implementations for colleges and universities, ensuring seamless onboarding and configuration
  • Conduct virtual workshops to gather institutional requirements and define business processes
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customizations
  • Configure applications based on documented needs and best practices
  • Train administrative and academic users (registrars, faculty, admissions, etc.) on platform functionality
  • Develop implementation artifacts such as project plans, process maps, configuration guides, and training materials
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and go-live readiness
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement
  • Communicate proactively with LATAM-based teams and clients, managing time zone differences and cultural nuances effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), APIs, and data integrations
  • Experience in U.S. higher education environment or with U.S.-based EdTech clients
  • PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications are required
  • Portuguese fluency is ideal but not required
