Summary

Join Experian as a Senior Implementation Coordinator and prioritize opportunities, solve issues, and manage tasks while keeping them prioritized. You will report to Experian's Manager of Implementations and be remote-friendly.

Requirements

  • 4 years' experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Consulting
  • Manage a range of concurrent complex implementations from medium to large/Enterprise level clients
  • Experience meeting deadlines while providing excellent client service
  • Experience with client data files or API delivered interfaces
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Create project plans to ensure implementations stay on track
  • Maintain project documentation and communicate status/project decisions to team members and management
  • Report on implementation progress milestones
  • Lead project contributors and client subject matter experts
  • Identify and escalate project issues
  • Collaborate and align with third-party vendors when issues traverse multiple systems
  • Coach, guide and prepare clients for successful Employer Solution program rollouts
