Summary

The job is for a Senior Salesforce Implementation Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce projects, focusing on Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud solutions. This is a remote role exclusively for individuals currently residing in LATAM.

Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
• Minimum of 4-6 years of Salesforce administration experience, with at least 2 years in a project management or leadership role

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships
• Collaborate closely with clients to capture business requirements and user stories
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and solutions
• Coordinate seamlessly with our internal development team
• Oversee data management activities including imports, exports, and updates
• Configure and manage Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, custom objects, fields, and page layouts tailored to client needs
• Design and implement advanced Salesforce Flows, automated processes, and customized reports and dashboards
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce integrations
• Provide expert-level Salesforce user support and conduct targeted training sessions for client teams
