Senior Implementation Project Manager

Summary

The Senior Implementation Project Manager at BlueVoyant leads the planning and implementation of large and complex security infrastructure projects. The role requires extensive experience in project management, ability to lead and mentor staff, and proficiency in managing projects in TCP/IP and cloud-based networks.

Responsibilities

• Direct full project lifecycle management of large-scale projects
• Provide clear communication to internal and external stakeholders on project status
• Implement project standards across projects for consistent service delivery
• Create comprehensive deployment plans and document project lessons learned
• Establish SOC monitoring and manage transitions to steady-state operations
• Lead and provide guidance to Project Managers and Project Coordinators
• Ensure strategic alignment of project goals with business objectives
• Refine our methodology based on industry best practices with continuous feedback and well-defined metrics to drive improvement
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Ensure procedural issues are quickly resolved and help implement strategies and solutions to reduce the likelihood of recurrence
• Identify opportunities for innovation including assessments of risk/reward to the company

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer experience in a SOC (Security Operation Center) or MDR (Managed Detection and Response) operation
