Senior Inbound Product Manager

Summary

Join ServiceNow as a product leader and guide our growth to over \$10B in revenue. Lead product strategy, communicate priorities, and build consensus among teams. Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
• 5+ years in enterprise software product management
• Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, and problem-solving with AI-powered tools
• Expertise in GRC products and industry knowledge for non-financial risk management (e.g., IT-Risk, Op-Risk, Compliance management)
• Ability to make trade-off decisions between feasibility and desirability
• Familiarity with agile development, collaborating with developers, UX, Sales, etc
• Experience with geographically distributed teams spread across time zones
• Skilled in gathering product requirements and creating product roadmaps
• Strong customer focus with a history of building relationships and delivering solutions
• Excellent written communication, simplifying complex issues
• Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments
