Summary

Join Givelify, a fintech-for-good company, as a Senior Product Manager to drive donor and organization growth. You will lead high-impact initiatives across our mobile app, web experience, and donation management platform, championing awareness, onboarding, and habit formation for donors. Collaborate with a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and data analysts to optimize conversion and retention through A/B testing and iterative experiments. Own the end-to-end product development process, ensuring high-quality releases. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in experimentation and behavioral analytics, and a deep understanding of product discovery and user research. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience building mobile apps and/or B2B platforms for external organizations
  • Strong analytical background, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and influence product direction
  • Expertise with experimentation and behavioral analytics tools (Split, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of product discovery and user research techniques
  • Strong fluency in UX principles with a track record of collaborating closely with designers to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences
  • Proven ability to drive complex projects from concept through delivery using Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth of donor and organization awareness, onboarding and habit formation across our app, web and donation management platform
  • Drive mobile strategies that move donors from initial awareness to making their first donation
  • Accelerate organization activation by converting inbound leads and qualified sign-ups into organizations actively receiving donations within their first 30 days
  • Optimize conversion and retention through A/B tests, funnel analysis, and iterative experiments
  • Own the end-to-end product development process, ensuring high-quality releases with minimal bugs and regressions
  • Deliver high-quality product experiences in partnership with engineering, design, marketing and data science
  • Lead continuous discovery to identify, validate, and prioritize problems across the donor and organization journey
  • Partner with data science to design and execute experiment plans that validate hypotheses and drive product decisions
  • Collaborate with design to craft intuitive, delightful experiences that reinforce Givelify’s 5-star standard
  • Write detailed product requirements—including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria—and partner closely with engineers to ensure smooth execution
  • Analyze behavioral data to guide prioritization and measure impact
  • Maintain a roadmap aligned with strategic business outcomes and customer needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to drive feature adoption and engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced business degree such as MBA is preferred or relevant certifications
  • Experience building fintech or business intelligence products
