Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Walrus, a leader in B2B payment verification, as a Product Manager and be part of the core team working on our flagship product, DoubleCheck. You will play a crucial role in designing intuitive UX, contributing to product strategy, collaborating with developers, creating product specifications, handling technical customer conversations, and representing the product at industry events. Requirements

• Strong UX design sensibilities and experience with complex web applications
• Proven track record of shipping features that drive business value
• 3+ years of product management experience with full product line responsibility, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical contexts
• Experience gathering and synthesizing customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment with high autonomy
• Technical background or ability to engage deeply in technical discussions
• Experience managing technical roadmaps and resource allocation across multiple workstreams
• History of bridging product and engineering functions, particularly in early-stage companies

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive UX and flows for new kinds of authentication, payments, reputation, and more
• Contribute to product strategy based on deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and company vision
• Collaborate closely with developers to scope, prioritize, and ship new features
• Create clear product specifications for both internal and external audiences
• Handle technical conversations with customers about product capabilities and requirements
• Represent the product at industry events, conferences, and to the press
