Requirements

• Possess excellent computer literacy with the ability to function in FAA multi-system software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint
• Have Federal experience in a technical or managerial business in relation to functional responsibilities
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated professionalism
• Possess outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
• Be highly responsive to requested needs
• Have the ability to prioritize work and multi-task
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Have the ability to work with confidential and proprietary information using utmost discretion
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, or other IT-related degree (engineering, math, and science degrees are acceptable substitutes)
• Have the ability to obtain and maintain FAA Clearance
• Have eight (8) years of relevant experience
• Be a US Citizen

Responsibilities

• Provide IT services in facilities planning, operations, and support
• Perform storage systems analysis, design/testing, and administration
• Conduct server system analysis, design/testing, and administration
• Handle network engineering and administration
• Manage user support planning, operations, and administration
• Support databases, website/web application services
• Support pre- and final production readiness activities
• Perform cloud engineering, design/testing, and administration
