Senior Instructional Designer

Summary

Join CXG as a Senior Instructional Designer and contribute to the launch of our innovative digital learning platform, CXG LEARN. You will play a vital role in creating engaging and immersive training content for our luxury retail clients. Working remotely, you will collaborate with the Academy Team to develop a comprehensive library of training modules covering various aspects of luxury retail. This is a pioneering project, and your expertise in digital learning content creation will be crucial to its success. You will be responsible for designing interactive modules, transforming existing resources, and shaping CXG's online visual identity. This role requires a strong background in digital learning and a passion for the luxury retail industry.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor or Master degree in digital learning or educational engineering at a renowned university or specialized school
• Have 5-7 years of experience in digital learning
• Possess a strong project management profile with a creative eye
• Have experience in digital learning content creation
• Have the ability to create visual and impactful presentations in PowerPoint
• Have the ability to interact with a wide variety of functions
• Possess skills in consolidating and summarizing information from varied sources
• Have excellent English written and oral communication skills
• Possess an open-minded, curious, proactive mindset
• Have a genuine interest in the worlds of digital, training, luxury, and retail

Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital modules, from designing training sheets and storyboarding to developing interactive modules using our Authoring Tool
• Design and integrate engaging digital content formats, including videos, podcasts, and interactive sales scenarios, to create immersive learning experience
• Consolidate and synthesize existing resources (PPTs, Excel, PDFs, etc) into well-structured, visually impactful digital learning modules
• Shape CXG’s online visual identity by creating a strong and impactful visual library
• Help build and curate a diverse, high-quality training library that aligns with the unique needs of luxury retail clients
• Research and benchmark new trends in digital learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Have previous experience in luxury retail, or working on courses designated for the retail industry
• Have previous experience with video editing, figma, canva, and authoring tools
