Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development
  • Expertise in LMS administration (e.g., Skilljar)
  • Strong proficiency in AI tools for learning design (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini)
  • Experience with multimedia tools for video production and editing (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia)
  • Proven ability to lead projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT) materials, and blended learning solutions
  • Utilize AI tools to optimize content development processes, personalize learning experiences, and deliver targeted learning solutions
  • Lead and manage instructional design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with learning objectives
  • Create high-quality multimedia content, including videos, simulations, and job aids, that supports diverse learning styles
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), leadership, and teams to identify training needs and define learning objectives
  • Manage learning management systems (LMS), including creating learning paths, tracking progress, and generating reports
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement feedback to enhance learning outcomes
