Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in working with APIs across multiple products
• 3+ years of experience in a scripting language (i.e. JavaScript, Python, Ruby, etc)
• Ability to juggle competing priorities
• Superior communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Goal and results oriented
• Optimistic with a value added mindset
• Proactive and easily adaptable

Responsibilities

• Design and develop workflows utilizing our core product as well as various outside software products (i.e. QuickBooks, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.) to meet customer requirements
• Deliver projects within expected project timelines
• Keep project notes and status updated within project tools according to team processes
• Mentor team members through solution resolution
• Communicate with the team regarding any questions, roadblocks, and challenges that arise during project development

Preferred Qualifications

A strong sense of ownership with a high aptitude for translating customer business requirements into superior results is vital
