Requirements
- Experience buying media through DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads (GDN/YT), other top programmatic/DSP platforms
- Crafting and testing hypothesis within video channels
- Using platform analytics and other tools to creative and campaign performance
- Working with international teams and across time zones
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test hypothesis in digital marketing channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, GTM, creative, vendors and call center leaders
- Act as a subject matter authority on video testing and measurement cross various mediums
- Set up and proactively handle campaigns across programmatic/DSP platforms and mediums applying video, display, CTV/OTT, native, and audio
- Develop and implement innovative programmatic advertising strategies; supervise progress, critical metrics, testing, and optimize for continuous improvement against goals
- Work closely with creative team to provide analytical insights and recommendations to continuously develop and test new ad creative
- Run programmatic partnerships through the planning process from partner evaluation, selection, onboarding and launch
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and standard methodologies in programmatic advertising
Preferred Qualifications
- Media planning and forecasting based on budget, strategy & performance
- Evaluation of new platforms, tools, and partnerships to improve performance and efficiency
- Daily management and optimization of ad formats, audience targeting, supply vendors, PMP deals, day parting, recency, frequency, etc
