Summary

The job involves working as a Senior iOS Engineer Team Lead at Bellwood Labs, where the employee will lead a team of up to 7 developers in building and scaling business-critical mobile products. The role requires expert-level knowledge in Swift/iOS Development and experience with distributed databases, GitHub Actions, and cloud providers.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge in Swift/iOS Development
• Comfortable working on an iOS project with no immediate need for UI Development
• Has 5+ years of iOS software development experience
• Experience building and scaling Software Products and enjoys mentoring and leading other developers
• Experience architecting and deploying Software Products to Cloud Providers like Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Azure

Responsibilities

• Design, build, scale, and enhance Software Products, Apps, and Platforms based on Client Needs and Business Requirements
• Communicate Technical Topics clearly, in language that can be easily understood by Clients
• Collaborate with Designers, and Product Teams to propose solutions to meet the goals of Clients and their Products
• Define, refine, and document Best Practices that enable excellent team performance
