Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or IT Administrator
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)
- Strong understanding and experience with system hardening techniques (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, secure baseline configurations)
- Experience maintaining compliance with one or more of the following frameworks:ISO/IEC 27001SOC 2 Type IIFedRAMP (preferably High baseline)
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Jamf, etc.)
- Experience with patch management and configuration management
- Proficiency with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) best practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ITIL or similar service delivery frameworks
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with our HR, Engineering, Operations and Security teams
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience preparing for or supporting third-party audits under ISO 27001, SOC 2, or FedRAMP High
- Familiarity with FedRAMP SSPs, POA&Ms, and Continuous Monitoring processes
- Experience implementing Zero Trust architecture principles
- Knowledge of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention
- Familiarity with cloud security practices in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with SIEM tools like Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or Elastic
- Background in incident response or security operations (SecOps)
- CompTIA Security+ or CySA+
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- GIAC certifications (e.g., GSEC, GCCC)
