Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor developers, and manage deployments using tools like Git and Gearset. Integrate Salesforce with external systems and maintain existing applications. Stay current with Salesforce features and releases. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products and proven experience in Order to Cash projects. Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL
- Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft)
- Understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, and security
- Knowledge of IT change management practices
- Bachelor's or masterβs degree in B.Tech., BCA, MBA, M.Tech., or MCA
- At least 6 years of implementation experience within Salesforce ecosystem
- Salesforce certifications

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead, mentor and guide developers; perform code reviews and ensure best practices
- Manage deployments and version control using tools such as Git, Gearset
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, middleware, or custom integrations
- Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications and features
- Keep up with new Salesforce features, capabilities, and releases
- Work closely with Salesforce Admins, QA teams, and Product Managers to deliver business value
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of handling Order to Cash projects involving multiple systems in a high transaction environment (e.g., CPQ, Oracle ERP)
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization with a focus on goals
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
