Summary

Join Intelerad as a Senior IT Administrator and leverage your expertise in M365, Windows Servers, AWS, Azure, and Linux to deploy, optimize, and manage our complex applications. You will play a key role in defining and implementing an automation strategy, streamlining team workflows, and cross-training team members. Responsibilities include remote software installation and configuration, providing support for the corporate endpoint environment, performing complex server tasks, and participating in operational projects. You will also contribute to process and technology improvements, develop automation scripts, train new staff, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call rotation. This role requires 7+ years of system administration experience and expert knowledge of various technologies, including Windows Server, M365, and Active Directory.

  • Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Apple Desktop Operating Systems
  • Networking
  • AWS (primarily EC2)

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure Intelerad's software solutions remotely on Windows/Mac endpoints
  • Help provide support for Inteleradโ€™s Corporate endpoint environment
  • Perform complex server additions, software upgrades, configuration changes and disaster recoveries
  • Perform 3rd level support in the areas of changes
  • Participate in operational tasks with multiple projects
  • Identify, assess and implement improvements to processes and technologies to delivery better support for internal corporate staff
  • Develop scripts and automation to improve the efficiency of system administration
  • Participate in training new staff members
  • Create, maintain and improve documentation
  • Participate in on-call rotation to assist with emergencies reported after hours
  • Work on weekends, after hours and holidays when needed
