Join Comcast’s Consumer Research & Insights team as a Senior IT Analyst - Research Operations! This full-time, remote East Coast position blends IT expertise with research operations to bolster the team's technological foundation. You will be the primary IT contact, managing the technical infrastructure supporting research activities. Responsibilities include database management, email setup, file transfers, SharePoint administration, security compliance, vendor coordination, and procurement. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in various IT tasks and software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, research operations, or a similar role
• Experience managing IT-related tasks such as database access, email inbox setup and file transfer solutions
• Proficiency with SharePoint administration and maintenance
• Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and manage multiple stakeholders and partners effectively
• Experience in procurement, compliance, and supplier negotiations and management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects independently while collaborating with teams
• Demonstrates strong independence and resourcefulness in identifying and acquiring the data, tools, and resources needed to support team operations effectively. Resilient and adaptable in overcoming challenges to deliver results

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT support for the Research team, handling responsibilities including database access management, email inbox setup, mass email distribution, file transfers, and SharePoint administration
• Ensure IT systems and processes comply with security standards and conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and implementing necessary controls
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution of research projects
• Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships including vendor compliance requirements
• Provide regular analysis and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring actionable insights and project success
• Research and recommend new tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency
• Perform data queries and manipulation, ensuring accurate and timely handling of data to support research initiatives
• Maintain a proactive mindset to anticipate and address potential challenges efficiently
