Senior IT Implementation Engineer

Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting and building out Azure environments, troubleshooting on-premise IT infrastructure, and managing cloud migrations
• Extensive knowledge of Windows Server Environments
• Solid networking and system administration – Understanding of network switches, routers, and firewalls is required
• Microsoft Entra ID / Microsoft 365 Administration experience required
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to work on a flexible work schedule, and travel 30% of the time, as the job requires
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of Azure Engineering experience covering Azure services and infrastructure as a service
• Proficient with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Power Automate)

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and support on-premise systems, ensuring seamless integration with cloud services
• Plan and execute cloud migration projects, minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention
• Respond to and resolve incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures
• Contribute to the administration and development of multiple projects, tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools and reporting on progress
