Requirements

• Strong proficiency in authentication technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed
• 3+ years of experience in IT, with a proven track record of success
• Willingness to travel 4x per year for team offsites and as-needed travel for onsite deployments
• A passion for healthcare technology and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization

Responsibilities

• Navigate technical setups by setting up SSO connections, MDM deployment requirements, and understanding IT requirements of our health system customers
• Have hands-on ownership of IT connections and deployments with health systems
• Be a technical backstop for our clinical support team as an expert in health system product troubleshooting
