Requirements
- Experience implementing corporate security controls such as those required for SOC 2
- Experience with Google Suite Admin to help us implement tooling around user management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to talk tech with our staff at all levels (and ensure they understand what you're saying!)
- Good working knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, GitHub
- Deep knowledge of operating systems such as Mac OS, Windows, and Linux
- Experience doing internal security audits
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills in both physical workspaces (e.g., cable management, equipment storage) and managing digital workflows, including task tracking and documentation
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and solve complex software, hardware and networking issues including MacOS, Windows and Linux
- A/V Support using Brave Talk, in house and remote
- User account management such as onboarding / offboarding staff members, modifying access permissions, periodic audits of access controls, and user credential management
- Hardware and Software Inventory Control and Purchasing and shipping
- Managing user software such as backups
- Creating clear and concise documentation in the form of runbooks, tutorials, technical tips, and knowledge based articles
- Doing security reviews of our vendors and responding to customer security inquiries that relate to IT
