Requirements

  • Experience implementing corporate security controls such as those required for SOC 2
  • Experience with Google Suite Admin to help us implement tooling around user management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to talk tech with our staff at all levels (and ensure they understand what you're saying!)
  • Good working knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, GitHub
  • Deep knowledge of operating systems such as Mac OS, Windows, and Linux
  • Experience doing internal security audits
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills in both physical workspaces (e.g., cable management, equipment storage) and managing digital workflows, including task tracking and documentation

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and solve complex software, hardware and networking issues including MacOS, Windows and Linux
  • A/V Support using Brave Talk, in house and remote
  • User account management such as onboarding / offboarding staff members, modifying access permissions, periodic audits of access controls, and user credential management
  • Hardware and Software Inventory Control and Purchasing and shipping
  • Managing user software such as backups
  • Creating clear and concise documentation in the form of runbooks, tutorials, technical tips, and knowledge based articles
  • Doing security reviews of our vendors and responding to customer security inquiries that relate to IT
