Summary

Join HiveMQ as an IT Support Specialist and ensure the seamless functioning of our IT landscape during a period of rapid growth. Support users, administer internal tools and systems, manage user on- and off-boarding, and troubleshoot technical issues. Maintain hardware, provide technical guidance, manage mobile and endpoint devices, and support onsite and offsite events. Own the IT support roadmap and budget, lead process improvement projects, and drive the integration of AI solutions. This role requires experience in a similar remote environment, working with Apple and Google platforms, and knowledge of a modern SaaS landscape. Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role in a remote environment
  • Working experience with Apple and Google platforms
  • Experience in a modern SaaS landscape (e.g. Kandji, Okta, Confluence, Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, …)
  • Ability to create, develop and roll out IT projects and processes
  • Cloud solutions knowledge
  • Knowledge of best practices around security
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision - must be a passionate and a motivated self-starter that can drive initiatives and take ownership
  • Openness and eagerness to learn new technologies when necessary
  • A passion for helping users and driving solutions
  • Demonstrate a strong willingness to explore, evaluate, and recommend AI tools that can enhance processes, while actively testing and implementing new solutions to drive innovation

Responsibilities

  • Support our users from an IT perspective and administrate our internal tools & systems, including maintaining our tool and asset inventory
  • Be responsible for On- and Off-boarding of users in a remote environment across EMEA and the US
  • Support identity management solutions; especially cloud-based like Okta or Azure
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across different operating systems and various software packages
  • Set up and maintain hardware, including laptops, desktops, peripheral devices, printers, office WiFi
  • Provide technical guidance on applications and security practices as well as preparing documentation
  • Manage Mobile and endpoint devices (inventory, tracking, security)
  • Provide Technical support for onsite and offsite events
  • Own the IT support roadmap and budget and pro-active approach for all further IT topics
  • Lead and manage end-to-end process improvement projects, identifying innovative solutions and driving continuous enhancements to optimise operational efficiency
  • Drive the integration of AI solutions to streamline and enhance processes across the company, enabling greater efficiency and innovation
