Senior Lead Consultant

Join our Air Quality team as a Senior Lead Consultant and contribute to a sustainable future. This role, based in several Northeast US offices or remotely, involves working with a diverse team on air quality projects. You will estimate air emissions, conduct modeling, analyze data, and prepare permit applications. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant BS/MS degree, 6+ years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to travel. Requirements

• Possess a BS/MS in a relevant engineering discipline (chemical, environmental, mechanical, or closely related) or science discipline (atmospheric science, environmental science, chemistry, physics, or closely related)
• Have 6+ years of relevant air quality permitting and/or air quality compliance experience
• Possess strong mathematical/computational skills including high-level use of spreadsheets and word processing
• Have effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills
• Have experience recording/writing detailed technical data and reports
• Be willing to travel up to 30% of the time on average during the year
• Possess a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Estimate air emissions and conduct engineering evaluations of air pollution sources
• Conduct computer modeling of air pollution dispersion and analyze pollution control measures
• Perform statistical and geospatial analyses of air quality data
• Conduct air monitoring and indoor air quality analysis and prepare air quality permit applications
• Critically review and interpret local, state, and federal environmental regulations
• Maintain client relationships and manage the development of deliverables to meet client needs in an efficient manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Be based out of Westford, MA, Princeton, NJ, NYC, Boston, Portland, ME, Hartford, CT, or Blue Bell, PA offices
• Be open to remote working within the northeast United States
