Summary

Join Plusgrade's Talent Development team as a Senior Leadership Coach & Facilitator. Shape a coaching-forward culture, support top talent, and lead learning experiences that enhance leadership, team performance, and change readiness. Design and deliver impactful coaching sessions, partnering with senior leaders to foster individual growth, team dynamics, and organizational transitions. Support change management efforts, helping employees navigate complexity with clarity and adaptability. Requirements

  • ICF-credentialed (PCC strongly preferred) or actively working toward certification
  • 5+ years’ experience as an internal or external coach and/or training facilitator, in addition to experience as a Learning & Talent, Customer Success or Product Management professional
  • Proven ability to coach mid-level to senior leaders across a range of business functions
  • Strong learning program design and group facilitation skills, and comfort leading reflection, alignment, and action-oriented sessions and workshops
  • Experience supporting organizational change, either through formal change management work or embedded in team transitions
  • Exceptional listening, presence, and relationship-building skills
  • High degree of comfort navigating ambiguity and helping others do the same

Responsibilities

  • Deliver confidential 1:1 coaching to high-potential and senior-level employees using ICF-aligned practices
  • Design and facilitate interactive learning experiences, workshops, and team sessions to accelerate growth across the organization
  • Support employees in setting goals, navigating complexity, and accelerating impact through intentional reflection and action
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to support team effectiveness, feedback, and alignment conversations
  • Reinforce leadership programs with coaching and practical application, helping leaders and teams navigate organizational change and transitions
  • Reinforce change initiatives with a human-centered approach that builds psychological safety, resilience, and momentum
  • Bring a systems-thinking lens to team and organizational dynamics during times of shift or growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or Change Management
  • Familiarity with change and transition frameworks
  • Experience applying coaching tools in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Certification in assessments or coaching tools (e.g. DiSC, Hogan, CliftonStrengths)
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
