Summary
Join LastPass as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist and design, develop, and deliver impactful learning experiences. You will collaborate with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to manage new hire onboarding, facilitate training sessions, and create engaging learning materials. This role requires expertise in facilitation, instructional design, and corporate learning, along with strong project management and communication skills. Requirements
- Background in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in facilitation, instructional design, and corporate learning
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience managing and facilitating new hire onboarding programs
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia), and virtual facilitation tools (e.g., MS Teams)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple learning initiatives simultaneously
- Foundational HR knowledge, including an understanding of talent development and performance management
- Data-driven mindset with experience using learner feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve learning programs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for employees at various levels
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences that drive engagement, skill development, and behavior change
- Adapt facilitation techniques to different learning styles, business needs, and leadership levels
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and leaders to support learning application
- Manage, enhance, and facilitate the new hire onboarding program to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Partner with HR and business leaders to design and improve onboarding content aligned with company culture, values, and job expectations
- Monitor the effectiveness of onboarding, collect feedback, and continuously refine onboarding processes
- Design and develop interactive learning materials, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, job aids, and assessments
- Leverage digital tools, multimedia, and technology to enhance learning experiences; continuously assess and improve learning content based on participant feedback and business needs
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and develop targeted solutions
- Stay current on emerging learning trends, HR developments, and instructional design innovations
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in instructional design, facilitation, or learning technologies (e.g., ATD, CPTD, Kirkpatrick, DISC, Insights, etc.)
- Knowledge of or previous experience working with Litmos LMS
