Summary

Join RISC Zero as a Senior Business Development Specialist to focus on evaluating, engaging, and closing partnership opportunities, particularly with Boundless. This role requires significant experience in blockchain partnerships and a comprehensive understanding of the blockchain ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience developing, negotiating, and managing partnership agreements in crypto
  • Offchain verifiable computation for applications
  • Use of zk to enhance infrastructure
  • Knowledge should be primarily from a business / use case perspective, but with an appreciation of technical concepts
  • Comprehensive understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, encompassing infrastructure and immediate applications, particularly within the layer 2 and DeFi ecosystems
  • Depth in at least one of Ethereum, Solana or BTC
  • Demonstrated ability to drive consensus and support from key internal stakeholders for strategic decisions
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects with a track record of successful outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in proposal and documentation writing and public speaking
  • Must have the legal right to work in the country you are located in
  • Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and build a presence in the market via networking, social media and event attendance
  • Participate in the ongoing development of market and partner strategy
  • Identify and secure partner leads
  • Recruit and facilitate the enablement of partners
  • Maintain good standards of administration for deal agreements and CRM systems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including founders, engineering, product and growth, to align partnership initiatives with company objectives and to support partnerships
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in discussing Boundless and its market positioning
  • Communicate strategically with external partners and internal teams to ensure the cohesion and achievement of key performance indicators
  • Continuously update knowledge on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging partnership opportunities

Candidates based in major crypto hubs such as New York, San Francisco, Singapore, Berlin, London, etc
