Summary
Join Hootsuite as a Senior Specialist, Product Operations and contribute to operational excellence within the Product Organization. You will enhance cross-functional collaboration, ensuring efficient teamwork for improved product outcomes. This role offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing for remote work or a hybrid model, and is open to applicants in Canada and the US. The position involves data analysis to inform product strategy, collaboration across various teams, and accountability for achieving roadmap outcomes. You will report to the Vice President, Program Management, and the role may include some travel.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field or related discipline
- Considerable relevant years of experience as a Program Manager working in an enterprise software organization
- 1-2 years demonstrated real-world experience executing product operations practices
- Strong analytical background with a bias toward using data to drive business decisions
- Consistently choose the best course of action (from a number of alternatives) to address business problems and/or opportunities

Responsibilities
- Gather, monitor and analyze data from various sources to provide insights that inform product strategy, feature prioritization, and performance evaluation
- Act as a bridge between different teams like product management, sales, marketing, and customer support to facilitate communication and alignment via established communication channels and cadences
- Hold the team accountable to deliver against the roadmap strategy outcomes by monitoring key product metrics, analyzing customer feedback and regular inspection of outcome achievement
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in product development by optimizing workflows, standardizing processes, developing and maintaining product documentation processes and managing tools used by product teams
