Requirements

  • 5+ years in contract management or a related legal function, ideally within technology or SaaS
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-value vendor contracts and relationships, including handling escalations and ensuring performance alignment
  • Proven ability to drive multiple complex contract processes concurrently while maintaining high attention to accuracy and detail
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading negotiations and managing cross-functional stakeholders at all seniority levels
  • Comfortable using contract management tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign, CLM solutions), as well as Salesforce, Jira, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong track record managing contracts and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, with a deep understanding of global data privacy, technology, and regulatory frameworks (SaaS/software industry experience strongly preferred)
  • Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement process enhancements with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Lead the drafting, negotiation, review, and administration of complex contracts, including vendor agreements, technology/software licensing, NDAs, and strategic partnerships on a global scale
  • Oversee the end-to-end vendor contract process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Act as a key partner for procurement, legal, and finance teams to align vendor agreements with business objectives
  • Serve as a senior point of contact between Ivanti and external vendors, business leaders, and internal stakeholders
  • Solve complex queries, manage escalations, and uphold contract obligations
  • Identify opportunities to enhance contract management workflows, documentation standards, and reporting systems
  • Lead projects to implement improvements that increase transparency, efficiency, and compliance
  • Ensure contracts and vendor relationships align with global regulations, industry standards, and internal governance frameworks
  • Proactively monitor and address compliance risks throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with legal, procurement, finance, operations, and technology teams around the world to support commercial, legal, and strategic business initiatives
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior team members, championing best practices in contract and vendor management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience mentoring peers or leading teams in contract, legal, or compliance functions is advantageous
