Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and translation skills
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Project Management or Client Services
- At least 5+ years of experience in 3PL supply chain account management or e-commerce logistics operations
- At least 3+ years of experience in managing and leading teams
- Proven track record of managing and growing 3PL clients with net sales exceeding $50 million annually
- Experience in e-commerce logistics
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels, both internally and externally
- Ability to work independently and manage personal and team time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong writing, phone and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Account Managers
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities for team members
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Contribute in the development and execution of the vision and strategy for the Platform Services (Fulfillment) division
- Identify market opportunities, competitive advantages, and value propositions
- Help brands grow sales and profitability by using Spreetail's offerings (fulfillment operations, marketplace integration, technology platform, marketing and merchandising support, and customer service excellence)
- Coach and guide brands on optimizing product assortment, pricing, inventory management, and promotions
- Find and implement ways to reduce costs and inefficiencies in the brand's supply chain and logistics
- Establish and optimize processes and systems to enable the Account Management team to deliver on operational and financial goals
- Directly manage relationships and contracts with strategic accounts
- Negotiate and renew contracts (as needed), resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate effectively and proactively, and collaborate on cross-functional projects
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the Platform Services (Fulfillment) division, the Account Management team, and individual brands
- Provide regular and actionable insights and recommendations
- Report on progress and results to the Platform Services leadership team and senior management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) and other related marketplaces

- Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 a year + bonus
